Ya Allah... Grant us the good tidings in this world and in the hereafter and ward us from the wrath (infliction) of the hell-fire... Ameen Ya Rabb 'A-lameen.

People are just about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

Making a Difference

A well known author and poet was working and vacationing on the southern coast of Spain. One morning, very early, he was walking along the beach.

The sun was just rising, the rain had ended, the rainbows were magnificent, the sea calm. While enjoying the beauty about him, he glanced down the beach and saw a lone figure dancing about.

Fascinated by this other person celebrating the day that was to dawn, he moved closer. As he came nearer, he realized that the young man was not dancing, but in one graceful movement was picking objects up from off the beach and tossing them into the sea. As he approached the young man, he saw that the objects were starfish.

"Why in the world are you throwing starfish into the water?" he asked.

"If the starfish are still on the beach when the tide goes out and the sun rises higher in the sky, they will die," replied the young man as he continued tossing them out to sea.

"That's ridiculous! There are thousands of miles of beach and millions of starfish. You can't really believe that what you are doing could possibly make a difference."

The young man picked up another starfish, paused thoughtfully and remarked as he tossed it out into the waves, "It makes a difference to this one."

what i want to share here is about HEART.. good heart will give you happines you can do many activities as well as others it is quite bad when you are one the victim of HEART CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES.. here,i give some facts and articles about heart diseases or shocked killer..

What Is A Heart Attack?

The term "heart attack" is often used to refer to signs and symptoms that result from the sudden blockage of blood flow to a portion of the heart. Without good blood flow, the heart does not receive enough oxygen and begins to die.

While heart attacks usually come on suddenly, it's really the result of a process that takes years to develop. Over time, a person's blood vessels may become hardened and narrowed by the buildup of cholesterol and other fatty substances
in many people, atherosclerosis can remain silent (causing no symptoms or health problems) for years or decades. Atherosclerosis can begin as early as the teenage years, but symptoms or health problems usually do not arise until later in adulthood when the arterial narrowing becomes severe. Smoking cigarettes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and diabetes mellitus can accelerate atherosclerosis and lead to the earlier onset of symptoms and complications, particularly in those people who have a family history of early atherosclerosis.

No matter how aware you are of heart attack symptoms, when it actually happens, it is the furthest thing from your thoughts.

Don't take the chance: don't wonder if it's a heart attack or heart burn, always assume it's a heart attack and get medical attention immediately.

It’s Your Heart. It’s Your Life.

It’s Your Choice.

love your heart as you love your life...not just thinking about youself, but think people around who loves you so much..

p/s:remember..things that you love will make you happy...
